Result of some cases in competence measurement
1) Data was sampled for 49 Japanese in 2009. Competences are measured by 4 points Likert scale. Midpoint is 2.5.
2) This sample shows competences of a young man, who couldn’t pass the entrance examination of University and must retry next year. His father said that he would not communicate with parents, and absorbed in playing mah-jongg .
3) This data shows competences at counseling in the stages of start, end and follow-up. Client was 43 years old, and complained anxiety about his future. Counseling was performed to definite his goal for about a month ( 9 sessions ).
